With 15+ years of innovation experience from work, studies, and research, combined with my deep love for nature – my personal ambition is to explore the creation of solutions and experiences that can contribute to a circular economy for a flourishing world.

Research
I am a Doctoral Researcher in Transformative Innovation at the Division of Innovation, Lund University (LTH). My research focuses on circular business model innovation, specifically exploring the role consumers play in this innovation process. I concentrate on service-oriented circular business models: product-service systems (PSS) / product-as-a-service (PaaS). These business model types imply that product ownership is retained by the provider, presenting particular challenges regarding consumer acceptance and adoption, which I am exploring in my research projects.
Teaching: I participate in teaching by giving lectures and providing supervision in master-level courses on Innovation Management, Innovation Engineering (Design Thinking), Entrepreneurship, and Project Management.

Experience
Before I embarked on my research journey back in 2019, I worked in innovation and branding for six years, primarily at PwC Experience Consulting (formerly POND Innovation) in the roles of strategy consultant, project manager, client director, and brand manager.
I worked with innovation strategy, innovation roadmaps, innovation opportunity areas, concept development, brand portfolio strategy, brand positioning, product portfolio strategy, and more. The working approach was creative, insight-driven and analytical, e.g. applying design thinking and consumer research (qualitative and quantitative).
